Today we are pleased to announce that Lobster has partnered with PestRoutes to bring to market a joint solution to the issues that have been hindering PMPs from having the customer relations and flow of data that are now essential to success in the modern marketplace. As we have been working with Jared Green (Founder of PestRoutes), Patrick McKittrick (CEO), and their team, we have been relieved to find that they match our enthusiasm and desire to solve these problems. Together we will be working to provide multiple solutions to the pest control community. We are still excited to work with members who do not have PestRoutes and attempt to fix the problems you are facing with your existing software companies. We do, however, believe that the solutions we can create together with PestRoutes will be far superior to any other option out there. We're already off to a great start!
We always strive to lead our members and the industry into the future by seeing and adapting to change. This is our next step. We foresee a coming convergence of back-end service software with client-facing interactions and our aim is not to resist but to lead this push.
