Dear FieldRoutes Team,
Today is a day we honor all of America's veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice so that we may experience the freedoms and rights that we enjoy each day. In writing this, the words “thank you” simply are not enough recognition for what our veterans have done for us and for our country. Our brave veterans knowingly chose a profession that keep them away from their family and friends for lengthy periods of time, and often at great risk or loss, all to earn and protect our much-valued freedoms and rights. For this, they have our deepest gratitude and appreciation.

As a tribute to our FieldRoutes veterans, and in honor of Veterans Day, I am proud to share that we have donated to the non-profit organization K9s for Warriors. If you’re not familiar with this non-profit, it’s an incredible organization that provides highly trained service dogs to veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other serious disorders. There are numerous associations and non-profits that help serve the veteran community. I encourage each of you to think about how you can support them. It could be something as simple as frequenting a veteran-owned business or volunteering your time.
The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month has been set aside to recognize the women and men who bravely serve our country, both past and present. I encourage everyone to pause and reflect on what service and duty truly mean.
Please join us today as we recognize our veterans and observe the national two minutes of silence at 1:11 p.m. CST.
Sincerely, William
