About The Company

A South Carolina-based pest control company with 20 technicians, 26 sales representatives, and six office employees found it was wasting too much time and money on manual processes and paper scheduling.

The Challenge

Manual processes and operating their business using a Disk Operating System (DOS), this pest control company was outgrowing its current way of doing things. For example, it was cumbersome to look up customers and view the service history of the property. Scheduling consisted of printing 400 tickets monthly and organizing those tickets by their technicians’ routes, while routing was done manually on paper. Each time they conducted a termite treatment, a manilla folder was created with labels, images, and reports. Additionally, there was no mobile application and no ability to get accurate financial information in real-time. They needed pest control software that would help streamline their business and gain efficiencies.

The Solution
