Peyton Louk, sales account executive for Prodigy Pest Solutions, admits she's not a digital artist or marketer.

That hasn't stopped Louk from sending campaigns, via Marketing Pro, that not only capture the eyeballs of customers and prospects but help generate revenue for the Florida pest control company.

"When you're first getting into it, it seems a little bit scary because you're like, 'Oh my gosh, this is going to be so much work.' I'm not a graphic designer," she says.

"It ends up, it's super-easy," Louk adds.

The all-in-one automated solution from ServiceTitan for FieldRoutes customers can be a game-changer for pest control companies. Marketing Pro's deep integration with FieldRoutes allows its customers to leverage data to create highly targeted and automated email and direct mail campaigns that can land them more jobs per customer and more customers for their marketing budgets.

"Within the first six months of having Sarasota set up," Louk says, "we'd already made $200,000 in revenue.”

Recent success includes a month of 87 inbound calls attributable to Marketing Pro vs. just seven via Google.

"Everything's profit going forward," she says (click to read more about the return on investment for Prodigy Pest Solutions).

Using marketing solutions to help get there doesn’t have to be hard.

How easy is Marketing Pro?

These are among the reasons that Louk uses “super-easy” to describe this tool available to pest control companies.

You’ve got this: Anyone who has used social media will do just fine employing Marketing Pro, says Louk, a former preschool teacher.

“If you understand the basics of using Canva or PowerPoint, you're pretty good,” she says. “If you can use Instagram, you can use this. It's super-straightforward.”

Choose a template or design your own: An entire library of professionally designed, pre-built, and industry-specific templates can be used to send to intended audiences from Marketing Pro.

“We have one for lost leads,” Louk says, “a picture of a roach on a toothbrush. It says, ‘I'm so sorry I didn't choose Prodigy Pest Solutions.’ And then, ‘Save 50% today, click this offer.’

“That one's hilarious, and we have clients who call in and laugh about it with us. That was one of the Marketing Pro template options; I didn't make that myself. There are some really good ones there.”

Or you can customize your look and message, aligning it with your brand, by using a drag-and-drop content builder.

Set and net: Once you create and send your campaign, you’re in position to win new revenue. You won’t need to do anything else to manage the campaign.

"I could leave it alone for a month, and we're still making money," Louk says. "I could schedule out a whole entire month's worth of campaigns, not look at it for a month, and I'm still getting calls. There's no worries."

Here’s the best part: You don’t need to add staff to reap the benefits of Marketing Pro.

Louk, in speaking with a leader of another pest control company, has heard it.

"I'd have to hire someone," Louk was told, "and they'd have to make sure that they were doing it every single day. I'd have to pay a whole 'nother person to do this.”

Using Marketing Pro is just part of selling, she says.

"If you have driven salespeople like myself, they're going to see this as a huge benefit," she says. "My money is this whole new pool of customers that I can sell.

"The only money you're spending is to be a part of this. Once you figure out how to market to your clients, it's all profit from there."

Should you need it: Training and support, should you need it, are available from FieldRoutes.

"It's immediate help, which is amazing," she says. "You're not just thrown to the wolves."

That included initial onboarding training, in which the FieldRoutes team works with the customer on building segments and email templates; additional training in which customers share screens and build multiple campaigns; and onboarding services that help ensure success for each location.

"All of my calls have been a great experience," Louk says of reaching out to FieldRoutes.
