After announcing the Property Care platform at its Pantheon customer conference earlier in October, ServiceTitan continued to build momentum by taking its message to attendees at the nation's largest gathering of pest control operators.
Vahe Kuzoyan, president and co-founder of ServiceTitan, and Scott Traina, general manager of Property Care at ServiceTitan, presented the case for the AI-powered software solution Wednesday at the National Pest Management Association's PestWorld in Grapevine, Texas.
ServiceTitan, parent company of FieldRoutes, has spent months closing gaps that kept pest companies from running their businesses on the platform, by:
Building a robust routing engine.
Restructuring recurring service agreements to match how real-world pest contracts are written and executed.
Adding chemical tracking and dosing.
Building in compliance reporting for local and state regulations.
Creating a door-to-door canvassing app.
Property Care also will serve lawn care and pool and spa businesses.
"Part of the story of us entering the pest world is to make the tool itself able to handle the specific routing needs that are unique for pest, the chemical tracking and everything that goes along with it," said Kuzoyan, speaking before an audience that was not only standing room but included registrants sitting in front of the first row of seats.
ServiceTitan is rolling out its AI sidekick, Atlas, in stages in Property Care: targeted tools for individual tasks now, with Atlas as a bridge toward Max, a team of agents running across the business.
"AI is woven into the fabric of ServiceTitan," Kuzoyan said. "Max is the end-to-end AI orchestration."
Property Care is designed to help pest control operators:
Acquire more customers;
Retain them longer;
Expand relationships through offering additional services;
Achieve excellence through smarter routing, improved operational visibility, and deeper automation of routine tasks.
Property Care is structured for the needs of larger businesses, with the Enterprise Hub offering roll-up reporting across brands, branches, or locations and centralizing roles, permissions, user management, price books, contact centers, and API credentials.
The FieldRoutes solution will continue to be an industry leader for local and regional operators finding value in a turnkey solution.
Ultimately, any platform decisions will be a customers' choice. ServiceTitan will continue its investments and support for Property Care and for FieldRoutes.
"We're entering the pest control market in ServiceTitan now," Traina said. "The ServiceTitan playbook is to win with the best product offering. That is true for both the core workflows that we've built, the targeted AI we're layering on top, and ultimately Max."
