Pest control operators already have the data to run their business. Pulling it together is getting easier.
ServiceTitan’s Atlas-powered Command Center is coming to FieldRoutes, giving pest control operators a single place to ask questions about their business, build dashboards and monitor what matters.
Scott Traina, general manager of Property Care for ServiceTitan, said during a session at the Ignite customer conference that improved in-app reporting generates the largest share of requests from FieldRoutes customers, especially operators without a business intelligence team to build custom reports.
"There's things that matter to their business, like better business intelligence, churn reduction, predictions," Traina said. "These are core operating capabilities that folks care about that now the platform provides, and they don't have to do a bunch of calcs in Excel and processes in external systems and swivel the chair around to figure those things out."
Command Center will extend reporting in three ways:
Ad hoc analysis: Ask a question without first finding and configuring the right report.
Custom views: Build and share dashboards around the metrics that matter to each role.
Proactive monitoring: Get an insight when a metric or condition changes.
“The opportunity with Command Center is to make it so that information is more than just a gallery,” said Rachel Kozlovich, director of product management for ServiceTitan. “It's a place where you can explore, ask business questions, build a view around the measures that matter to you. And I want to emphasize that ‘you’ part.”
Kozlovich walked through a sample question: Which shops are behind their month-to-date completion target?
A manager could start with a branch comparison, then look at the appointments behind the number, including due dates, statuses, assigned technicians and routes. Follow-ups come naturally. How many services are past due or pushed? Are reservices contributing to the gap?
"Why can't we just marry those things together?" Kozlovich asked. "Well, the answer is now we will be able to do that."
Rather than start with a blank dashboard, users will be able to begin from a gallery of views tied to common management routines, such as an owner scorecard, branch comparison, collections daily standup, technician scorecard, retention watchlist and seasonal mosquito program.
Native reports will still handle repeatable operational and compliance workflows. Command Center uses the same definitions and data but supports exploration, customization and monitoring.
Command Center is one of several planned Atlas features, alongside quick navigation, customer-record summaries, dispatch recommendations for filling same-day cancellations, and a revenue retention model that explains the signals behind a churn risk.
Command Center’s use will start with beta customers in the first quarter of 2027, Traina said, with a broader release planned for the first half of the year.
"Folks are excited about some of the forward-facing innovation that's coming," Traina said after the session. "All the discussions I just had were pretty positive."
