The latest batch of updates—with a special emphasis on providing your teams with the fastest, most accurate tools available—will equip your teams with valuable new capabilities for better reporting, analysis, team management, and powerful new field experiences to power your business through any winter activities and into a successful 2026.

Strengthen Your Sales Operations

This release brings a trio of powerful, mobile-focused updates that help address high-friction areas in sales management.

Introducing Improved Mobile Scheduling!

Our new Scheduling update for the FieldRoutes Mobile App is a game-changer designed to give anyone in the field (especially sales representatives) new speed and accuracy with better information right at their fingertips as they set up appointments. This means that mobile users will be able to make more informed decisions when scheduling during a close, which in turn means smarter scheduling across the board. This update can benefit companies of all sizes, but especially ones with smaller teams who need to be extra careful with scheduling decisions. 

Sales representatives can now see full schedules for only the appropriate techs based on the "who can schedule" feature settings available to admins. This view includes tech availability, booked times, and, most importantly, the distance (mileage) between the current customer and other appointments already on the tech’s route.

This isn't just a minor tweak—it's a powerful overhaul that supports faster sales cycles, more efficient routes, and better assignments. This update goes a long way to help prevent the misassigning of appointments (by picking the wrong technician) and all the administrative headaches that go along with that.

Door-to-Door Payments Enhancements

The new payments updates for the FieldRoutes Mobile App revamp the current workflow and offer better pricing presentation to help your reps sell on value, minimize errors, and give them the confidence to close more deals on the spot. Additionally, AutoPay is now active by default for new customer sign-ups to encourage better payment setup right from the beginning to aid with cash flow.

This new interface offers reps quick and easy discount adjustments that can be shown back to the customer, so there’s less chance of breaking the flow of their pitch or losing a prospect’s attention at the door.

New Access Controls for Door-to-Door Sales

The new access controls for mobile sales give administrative users precise control over what their sales teams can see and edit, adding a useful layer of security and reducing compliance concerns. This allows you to protect sensitive fields like tax exempt rules for customers, billing configurations, and contract terms by restricting edit access.

For example, you can now limit which reps can set a customer as tax-exempt while also having a better way to enforce minimum contract lengths in the field.

But this update is not just beneficial for your admins and managers. By hiding unnecessary or irrelevant fields from a rep's view, you create a simpler, more focused workflow that allows them to move through the sales process more quickly and accurately.

This dual benefit of tighter security and a more streamlined experience means less confusion, time savings, and more productive (and profitable) sales operations.

Strengthening Operational Controls and Efficiency

Beyond the field, the new release also introduces critical features for managers and office staff, focusing on territory enforcement and administrative efficiency.

Assign Zip Code Territories

For franchise models or large organizations with regional divisions, maintaining operational and contractual boundaries is essential for both operational efficiency and contractual compliance. This enhancement supports that by giving administrators strict control over sales and service areas.

By limiting customer creation and editing in the FieldRoutes Mobile App to specific, admin-approved zip codes sales reps won’t be able to operate outside of their designated territory. If they try to enter a restricted zip code, they’ll immediately receive an “Invalid Zip” error message, preventing errors by sales reps or technicians, stopping offices from stepping into others' territories, and ensuring compliance with operational and contractual business agreements.

Bulk Update for Tasks and Alerts

Is your office team overwhelmed by alerts generated every time a contract is sent or signed? At any time, and especially during peak months, tasks and alerts can multiply rapidly. This creates an overwhelming experience and can end up hiding certain assignments or notifications that may be more important than others. But that much-needed administrative clean-up doesn’t need to be a major time sink. The new ability to update tasks or alerts in bulk helps you clear the backlog, get to the important items fast, and free up time.

With new multi-select checkboxes, users can manage excessive tasks and alerts and change their status to "complete," "in review," or even delete them and clear up the clutter instantly. For tasks, you can also bulk-assign items to different representatives, making team transitions smoother and overall workflow management more flexible.

This allows your team to focus more on critical customer-facing work instead of wrestling with the more routine and repetitive system notifications.

Customize and Save Reports

Our customize and save reports feature allows you to now save your custom filter configurations across 15 different reports so there’s no longer any need to manually reset complex filter combinations every time a regular report is needed. This not only saves you significant time but this formalizes your control over report data, making recurring data analysis a faster and more predictable process across your organization.

Plus, it makes delegating tasks a breeze—no more writing detailed, complex instructions for a replacement or logging in remotely just to run a simple report while you're out of the office. Updated Sentricon Renewals Report Filters

For companies that perform Sentricon services, the reporting process for renewals can take significant time each month but the new filters for the Sentricon Renewals Report in FieldRoutes shave off time and make everything easier.

This update introduces some essential new filters for your use, most notably for the anniversary date, subscription status, and site status. Renewal managers can now filter down to only the relevant subscriptions right away, while admins can also put safeguards in place to prevent mistakes.

You can now customize the data displayed with an additional column picker, making the report a powerful tool for strategic and precise data analysis.

The monthly renewal reporting process for Sentricon doesn’t need to be a long, manual slog. Now your team can quickly dial down to the exact information they need with new confidence and get back to their other critical tasks.
