They're owners and CEOs. Branch managers and service managers. Operations directors and marketing leaders.

They’re all that—and so much more.

The 108 recipients of this year's NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management, announced this week, are leaders who deliver impact for their customers, their communities, and their companies.

Among the recipients, 39 serve companies that partner with FieldRoutes, which is proud to sponsor these annual awards.

"We're thrilled to honor these 108 remarkable women in our industry as we celebrate International Women's Day and Women's History Month," Dominique Stumpf, CEO of the national association, said in a news release. "The overwhelming response to our call for nominations reflects the extraordinary impact women continue to make in our field — and the growing recognition of their influence. We look forward to celebrating their inspiring stories and the significant contributions that continue to shape and advance our industry."

The Impact Awards honor and celebrate exceptional women at all levels within the pest management industry, in any role, including management, technical/service, sales, or office staff, according to criteria on the NPMA's website. Women working in any function at a pest control company or industry supplier are eligible for consideration, including technical/service, sales, management, or office staff. Nominations were submitted by NPMA member companies and non-members, the NPMA says.
