ServiceTitan Fleet Pro for FieldRoutes

Fleet management made simple

In a breakout session at Ignite 2025, Jason Semthiti, Customer Account Executive at FieldRoutes, and Tyler Forcum, Principal Product Manager at ServiceTitan, offered an in-depth look at ServiceTitan Fleet Pro for FieldRoutes, emphasizing its role in simplifying fleet management for pest control companies.

FieldRoutes customers gain real-time visibility into their fleets

Available to FieldRoutes customers since November 2023, Fleet Pro is already in use by well over 100 customers, with its seamless integration with FieldRoutes being a key component of its success. The discussion covered recent developments over the past 6-9 months and future roadmapping, focusing on addressing common challenges such as vehicle maintenance, driver safety, and scalability.

A core component of Fleet Pro is the integration of GPS devices, providing crucial visibility and tools to effectively manage fleets.

This includes tracking vehicle history, setting up geofences, and incorporating stop information for real-time insights. FieldRoutes becomes the central source for routing and driver location, allowing for efficient and accurate scheduling based on real-time location data.

Unprecedented control and insights into driver performance

Geofencing capabilities enable businesses to create custom boundaries around any location, helping to monitor vehicle movements, reduce unauthorized use, and control fuel expenses. The system also offers real-time alerts for driving behaviors like harsh braking, acceleration, and speeding, which can lead to significant reductions in insurance premiums and encourage proactive coaching to improve driver performance and safety.

Bringing the power of AI to your team on the road

The session also highlighted advanced features, including the rising adoption of AI-powered in-cabin cameras that help prevent unsafe driving by detecting cell phone use and distracted driving, offering both preventative benefits and liability coverage.

For maintenance, Fleet Pro provides reminders based on thresholds, which has been shown to reduce vehicle breakdowns by 50% for pest control companies.

Ongoing product investment for continuing improvements on the road

Users can also upload service records and receipts to track all fleet-wide and vehicle-level expenses. Looking ahead, the roadmap for Fleet Pro includes live streaming for AI cameras, tool tracking with Bluetooth tags, enhanced mobile experiences, fuel card integrations, and accident reconstruction capabilities for deeper insights into incidents. Attendees were given a live demo of Fleet Pro, showcasing its reporting features and alert management.

The Fleet Pro team will be active on the Expo Park floor, offering even more in-depth looks at the capabilities and benefits of Fleet Pro adoption for FieldRoutes customers.
