Just a few weeks ago, we were proud to shine the spotlight on some outstanding individuals and organizations shaping the pest control industry with our 2025 Customer Awards at Ignite ‘25 in Anaheim. This year's winners represent a who’s who of the industry who have all achieved remarkable success and made significant contributions to their communities.
Our award categories, including the Founders Award and Excellence Achieved, represent not only financial success but also the values-driven approach that defines the most successful pest management businesses today. Please join us in celebrating our winners and finalists.
FieldRoutes Founders Award: Breanna Neerland, Kwik Kill Pest Control, Inc.
The Founders Award recognizes an individual who embodies our core values: Change Lives, Achieve the Extraordinary, and Be a Dream Team. This year's winner, Breanna Neerland of Kwik Kill Pest Control, Inc., has done exactly that, making an undeniable difference within her organization, community, and the pest industry.
Over the past decade, Breanna’s contributions to the pest control industry are undeniable. Starting as a technician at Kwik Kill, she’s held nearly every position, advancing to her current role as Vice President. Always looking to drive operational excellence, Breanna transformed the company from pen and paper to a mobile, paperless system in 2019. Then in 2023, she took the next step, leading the conversion from ServSuite to FieldRoutes, further modernizing operations and ensuring Kwik Kill's continuous growth.
Beyond her company, Breanna actively serves the pest services community. Inspired by her own experiences, she founded and chairs Wisconsin's Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) chapter, and is actively building a community for women in the field. She’s also a board member and Treasurer for the Wisconsin Pest Control Association.
Likewise, as the State Policy and Affairs Representative for Wisconsin, Breanna advocates for fair legislation to protect public health and advocate for the pest industry. As a graduate of NPMA's Executive Leadership Program, she now mentors others and serves on multiple committees, and her passion and dedication continue to push the industry forward.
Founders' Award Finalists
Alongside Breanna Neerland, two other exceptional organizations and leaders were named as finalists for the Founders' Award, each demonstrating profound dedication to their teams and communities:
All U Need Pest Control: Since adopting FieldRoutes in 2018, All U Need Pest Control has grown from $300K to an $31M in revenue, expanding to over 55,000 customers across 12 offices in three states. They’ve also reduced cancellation rates by over 60% while increasing technician stops by over 40% and improving CSR hold times by 70%. Their efforts have placed them on the PCT Top 100 list for three consecutive years and earned recognition on the prestigious Inc. 5000. Outside of their success, Chief Operating Officer, Kyle Selbach is a Gulfshore 40 Under 40 honoree, Florida Pest Management Association board member, ACT board president, and FieldRoutes Pathfinder member.
Kyle Turner and Jason Reboja, Pro Active Pest Control: Kyle Turner and Jason Reboja exemplify strong, principled leadership at Pro Active, driving the success of their team. With their leadership, Pro Active continues to reach new heights and achieve remarkable results.
FieldRoutes Excellence Achieved Award: The Team at Fox Pest Control
The Excellence Achieved Award recognizes organizations that have achieved significant growth and performance by leveraging FieldRoutes. This year’s winner, Fox Pest Control, has achieved impressive expansion while using FieldRoutes to scale operations and improve their customer relationships.
Their rapid growth presented unique challenges, which led them to partner with FieldRoutes to innovate their processes and operate more efficiently. Their strategic use of the platform has been instrumental in streamlining sales, dispatching, and customer service.
To create a more efficient sales process, Fox Pest Control integrated FieldRoutes with Salesforce, transforming how their inside sales team manages leads. This powerful integration has enabled better lead tracking and automated data syncing, resulting in higher conversion rates and improved team productivity.
The team also developed a new dispatch program using FieldRoutes to streamline scheduling, reduce technician drive times, and improve customer service. Color-coded tabs now act as a visual "holding pen," allowing reps to manage availability in real time, and enabling dispatchers to assign routes more efficiently. This system ensures customer requests are handled promptly, often on the same day.
Excellence Achieved Finalist: The Team at Ridd Pest Control
Like the team at Fox, our Impact Award finalist, Ridd Pest Control, has achieved tremendous success with FieldRoutes. In 2024, they grew to $25 million in revenue, earning a ranking on the PCT Top 100 list for that year. Their success continued into 2025, with 8,199 new accounts added as of May 29, generating nearly $7 million in new revenue. The team anticipates they will add another 10,000 to 15,000 customers, using FieldRoutes to scale fast and streamline operations.

The Impact Award celebrates those making a significant difference in their community, and this year, Alta Pest Control earns the honor for their people-first philosophy and innovative contributions.
