Fox Pest Control was juggling three different software solutions to support their door-todoor sales process and experiencing a range of issues. First, the different software systems didn’t integrate and created miscommunication, data integrity, and scheduling issues. Second, it wasn’t efficient. It took a long time to complete simple office tasks and it was challenging for the sales team to use. And, third, there was no platform stability which caused frequent outages.
