FieldRoutes™ Affiliate Network
We’re excited to announce that the FieldRoutes Affiliate Network is projected to launch in May! It lets pest control providers send and receive non-serviceable online sales leads to and from other pest control businesses using FieldRoutes’ e-commerce solution. Once a sale has been completed, the referring business receives a percentage of the fee that the recipient company pays for the new customer.
FieldRoutes recently commissioned an independent research study revealing 88% of homeowners and renters who purchased pest control services in the past 12 months said they are likely to purchase services online in the future. FieldRoutes™ Mobile App
It’s coming soon! We’re pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our new FieldRoutes Mobile app! Labor shortages and skyrocketing gas prices mean technician productivity is more important than ever. FieldRoutes Mobile gives technicians the ability to sell, upsell, and provide superior service to customers while driving higher profits for your business. The new app combines the functionality of the previously released PestRoutes Tech and PestRoutes Sales apps, in addition to the new features and an improved user interface. We anticipate the new app will be available in late spring or early summer with more information to come.

Customer Card User Interface (UI)
Your input matters to us, and we continue to make improvements to our products every day. Earlier in February, we rolled out a new Customer Card --> Subscription Tab UI along with new capabilities. However, after receiving customer feedback, we understand that this has had an impact on productivity.
We have started the process of implementing the new design change to the Customer Card --> Subscription Tab. We will communicate to you by email and within the software as the rollout takes place so you will know of the upcoming change. The card now provides more information at a glance by reducing the need for scrolling and clicking, thus removing complexity in the workflow. This new design change has been positively reviewed by many customers, and we believe you will find it to be an improvement as well.
